Our Trip to Moessingen
This trip was a part of a cultural exchange program , which has to be carried out every 2 Years between Moessingen institutions and its partner our school in Beit Sahour.
This time 2 Teachers and 14 schoolboys and girls attended this trip from the 27th of June to the 9th of July to Moessingen/ Germany .
The program and the expenses of this visit has been organized in cooperation with the
Firstwald Gym. the YMCA Moessingen and our Lutheran school in Beit Sahour.
Our Visit was focused on mutual learning through reports and discussions,we have changed among each other in school classes we attended through our stay.
We enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the Alps mountains and its green valleys.
But we have liv different typs of activities and experiences together within German and
Palestinian cultures . We must say that we have presented our school and country
giving the best we could about our daily life , our recent situation and type of our
education in Palestine and particularly in our lutheran schools.
We were proud of beeing the embassadors of our country through singing our Folklore
songs and talents.
Now we are looking forward to welcome the same exchange Moessingen students
in our school on the next Easter 2012


Dabkka in Switzerland
Based on the invitation of The Evangelical Reformed Church in Zuerich -affolten. The Dabkka Group and Choir went to Switzerland on 24th June till 6th July .where the groups did five performance at different cities. They participated in a big festival for The Swiss groups which has been attended by large numbers.The Delegation of The Evangelical Lutheran School consists of 23 students and four teachers ,Headed by Pastor Imad Hadad and the director of school Mr. Shawki Hawwash.
The students enjoyed the beautiful natural landscape tours especially at the top of Albs Mountains which was covered by snows.



Trip to Germany
Students from 10+11 grades went for a school trip to Germany for a Month. Four students from the 10th grade did attend an international workshop about the climate changes in Haggen city. Beside of this, a group of students visited number of German cities such as Hamburg and Berlin where they shared in some activites such as visiting museums and touring places like, historical and cultural sites. They were hosted by German families and visited some school classes and projects. Also they saw some german research about Palestine.
Based on the Twins agreement signed between Beit Sahour Municipality and X-santin city in Germany, two students from the 10th grade stayed for a whole academic year in one of the school in xantin.
